Weber Genesis
The grill we see most often. Solid cookboxes and widely available burners, bars and igniters make many Genesis grills strong restoration candidates.
Signature service
A complete grill renewal combining deep cleaning, mechanical inspection, performance testing, and an honest repair-versus-replace recommendation.
More than a surface cleaning. A complete assessment of your grill's condition and performance.
Why it's different
Before you replace your grill, let us determine whether it deserves a second flame.
A grease removal service hands the grill back looking better. A Revival tells you what condition it is actually in — how the burners are firing, whether the ignition works, how the heat is distributed, what the cookbox and grease system look like underneath, and which components are wearing out.
Some grills are worth saving. Some aren't. We'll show you the difference, and we will not recommend putting money into a grill that is structurally deteriorated or uneconomical to restore.
Our goal isn't to sell the most expensive service. It's to help you make the smartest decision for your grill.

The process
We look the grill over in person — structure, cookbox, burners and overall wear — plus any photos you sent ahead of time.
Grates, bars, heat shields and hardware come out so nothing is cleaned or judged through a layer of grease.
Grease and carbon are removed by hand from the grates, cookbox, firebox and grease-management system.
Burners, ignition, visible hose and regulator condition and worn components are checked and addressed where practical.
The grill is fired and we watch the flame pattern and heat performance across every burner.
You get a Second Flame Condition Report with findings, photos and a straight repair-versus-replace recommendation.

The Second Flame Condition Report is an operational and visible-condition assessment of your grill. It is not a gas certification, code inspection or licensed safety certification.
See If Your Grill Is Worth SavingWeber specialist
We specialize in restoring Weber Genesis, Spirit, and Summit grills while servicing many other quality gas grills.
Many quality Weber grills are worth restoring because their frames and cookboxes are built to last and serviceable replacement components may still be available. That does not mean every Weber can or should be restored — condition decides that, and the Condition Report shows you why.

Compact and common on Orange County patios. Cleaning plus a burner or ignition repair often brings performance back for far less than replacing it.

Heavier build, more burners, more to inspect. When the structure is sound, a full restoration usually makes better sense than buying comparable new equipment.
Second Flame Grills is an independent grill cleaning, repair and restoration business. We are not authorized, certified, sponsored or endorsed by Weber-Stephen Products LLC or any other grill manufacturer.
